Diary of a Red Handfish

Diary of a Red Handfish was my debut children’s book, both written and illustrated by me. It came to life through my love of science, storytelling and whacky little creatures.

I was lucky enough to work with a scientist from IMAS and the Handfish Conservation Project, who helped me to capture the story of their handfish breeding program for young minds.

A special thanks to my mum whose interest in the handfish program really got my started on the whole venture.

Diary of a Red Handfish was created on a Microsoft Surface Pro using photoshop.
